How to take your measurements

Your jacket is made to the measurements you send us, so follow each step carefully — we can't be responsible for measuring errors. Wear light, fitted clothing; if you plan to wear the jacket over a heavy sweater, tell us so we can allow for the extra layer. Ask someone to help, stay relaxed, and keep the tape snug but never tight — and parallel to the floor for every circumference.

Jacket length

From the base of your neck (top of the spine) straight down to your tailbone. This confirms the length is right for your height.

Shoulders

Across your back, from one shoulder joint to the other — about 1–2 in below the neckline.

Chest / Bust

Around the fullest part of your chest, tape passing under the arms. Lift your arms to position it, then relax before reading.

Waist

Around your natural waistline — the crease that forms when you bend to one side, just above the navel.

Hips

Around the widest part of your hips and seat.

Bicep

Around the fullest part of your upper arm, relaxed — don't flex.

Sleeve length

From the shoulder tip to the base of your thumb, with your arm hanging naturally.

We suggest having sleeve length adjusted by a local tailor — note that alterations make the jacket non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
