How to Shorten Your Belt

Our belts are designed to be adjusted with ease, allowing you to refine the length for a flawless fit at home. Follow the step by step video guide to shorten your belt while preserving the integrity and elegance of its design.

Step 1 : Unscrew the fastening on the reverse side of the buckle and carefully remove the buckle from the leather strap.

Step 2 : Try on the belt and determine how much length needs to be removed. Measure this amount from the buckle end of the strap and mark the cutting point.

Step 3 : Using a sharp pair of scissors or a suitable leather-cutting tool, cut the strap cleanly along the marked line.

Step 4 : Use the original cut-off piece as a guide to reproduce the buckle hole and fastening slit on the newly shortened end of the strap.

Step 5 : Insert the shortened strap back into the buckle, align the fastening correctly, and screw it securely back into place.

How to take care of your leather?

Caring your Leather

Caring for your leather is important. Garments are best hung in a dry and aerated space and not left for long periods in direct sunlight. Areas such as cuffs and collars can be subject to exposure to perspiration, perfumes and hairspray. Any such staining should be treated by professional cleaners only. Nappa and suede are not waterproof and no guarantee is provided against water damage. Leather will crease if not packed and stored correctly, and can be ironed using a cool iron, no steam, and a cotton cloth.

Warning

"Do not place the iron directly on the leather."
